Lukas catches up!!

OK, so since gma NEVER seems to blog I guess it is up to me to do it!!!

It really has been busy and I am not happy that gma isn't letting you all in in the action!!

So, enough picking on gma!

Last week it was my daddy's 30Th birthday.

That is right he is the big

3-0 ......whatever that means!! It is something I kept hearing people say! :)

We had a little celebration at the g-rents and I got to pick out the cake!

Cool isn't it!?!?!

Best part was when we got to light the candles.....Holy Moly that is a lot of light!!

Daddy was really surprised!

Then I think it is possible that he was a little scared!!! :)

Because of all the smoke and the threat of FIRE daddy asked me to help him blow out the candles!! Funny thing is some of them kept re-lighting!!
It was a lot of fun...and I got to help throw the candles in a bowl of water!!

Best part is that I got to wear the cool YUCKY spider that decorated the cake!
And of course being able to sing and wish Daddy a VERY Happy Birthday!!!
I REALLY LOVE HIM!!
HE is the VERY BEST daddy any little boy and girl could ask for!!

Anyways right after that weekend the sad news was that it was time for mommy to head back to work. On the other hand that meant I did get to spend time at gmas all by myself for a bit!!
So what happens at gmas is supposed to stay at gmas, but you know me I like to share!! :)
I have been told that I can be a little compulsive when it comes to certain things......like a couple other people I know.....anyhooooo, one of those things is worrying that some of my trains were a little dirty from all the diesel fuel!!!

Gma let me use her bathroom sink to clean them off!
That soap pump thing is really hard work!

After I was done I made sure to dry them off!!

I also made sure to dry my sweatshirt so it would be nice and warm!

It was a lot of work cleaning all those diesel trains....that and when I came to gmas this day I was not feeling very well. In fact by the afternoon I was running a 103.3 degree temp. It felt good to take a little snooze!

And to my surprise when gpa came home he let me cuddle up on his lap!!!!

YUP, I know...SHOCKING isn't it!!???!!??

He really LOVES me!

The next day after a trip to the doctors I headed back up to gmas for some fun!

In case none of you have heard of water gems let me tell you they are FUN! I had her pour them into a couple of containers! Then got some of my diggers out and went to town!!

They are really squishy and lots of fun to roll around...here I put some in a Ziploc and tried to keep them balanced on my knees!

Fun to fell them under your toes!

They bounce too. We played with them in the hall where the light was shining from the skylights and they were cool to move around and look at!!

A little later in the day I sort of dripped a little orange juice on my tag and shirt and gma made me wash it myself!! The nerve !!

Alright.....if I have to be honest it was way too much fun!! I like playing in the sink!

For safety sake I had to make sure all the lint was cleaned out of the dryer!

Then got it all put back together!

Set the timer and got the clothes dried!

Trust me when I tell you that this isn't all that has been going on around here. I will harass gma a little and get her to update her blog and tell you all about my little sissy!! She is really falling down on the job!! :)
