This is NOT the strange thing that happened but I did want to share this pic of Hootie. I went back to last year's blog and on the 13Th we had our first eggs. I sure wish we had a working camera in the box this year!!
I guess in some way it is strange given the fact we still have no idea what happened with the dead owl we found last fall!
OK, so the real strange thing that happened Sunday.
It was around 4 in the afternoon when all of a sudden the power went off in the house.....I mean the entire house! Weird since there was NO wind or any other reason we could think of why?!?!So after calling the power co. Dave headed down the drive to see if he could figure it out!
It was around this time the kiddo's showed up and Dave was able to show them what happened! 
Seriously, who else would have even noticed that the breaker on the transformer was tripped!!!!???
And who was the culprit??!!

So, for about an hour we had no power. Luckily we had family to keep our hearts warm!! Although the house was starting to have a little chill!!
