Let's do lunch

Hello, Lukas here......last week when I came up to the owl ranch I decided to do lunch with g-pa at his work. When I first got there I had to sign in at the front desk so the nice lady could buzz me in. G-pa met me at the desk.

I was really impressed with the giant pendulum in the entryway. It went ALL the way up through the top of the building!!!

I really wanted to play in the really HUGE pool but it was lunch time and we needed to get in line.

Not too many people came to lunch that day so I was able to explore after we ate.

As you can see g-pa kept a close watch on me. I did try to be social and say hello to all the people in the other room though!! I think they really liked me!!


After lunch we headed out near that big pool again and there was this awesome work room to play in. Now I need you all to know that I tried to talk to g-pa about writing on tables. I understand from what I have been told that you are NOT supposed to do that.


OH NO, so that was the plan....write my name and everyone will think I did it!!!!!!

Awesome ....so this is where you work g-pa!!! Aren't I supposed to have safety glasses on????

We looked in all the environmental cabinets, this one was kind of stinky and warm. I think I liked the cold one better, although it did catch me off guard a little and made me say ohhhhhh!!!

G-pa introduced me to all the people he works with. I know I should be humble here, but I think they all liked me a lot!!! I talked to most of them and then I noticed they had a lot of flags around. I asked g-pa for one!! At that point it was time to head home. We rode the the elevator and then we had a long walk out. On the way out I noticed a lot of really cool lights. I also liked it there so much I wasn't sure I wanted to leave.........chase me g-pa!!

Thank you g-pa for a really nice lunch. I liked meeting all your friends and touring the lab. I always have a great time when we are together.
