Just a quick little note .....Blowfish is sitting most of the time in the tree across from the nest box. He will usually stay close just in case predators come around. he is also in charge of keeping Hootie fed as she will not leave the nest long enough to hunt till the eggs hatch.
This was the box this morning. As you can see Blowfish is doing his job....there is a vole in the box for Hooties breakfast.
Best part of the week so far.....Lukas came for a visit...and indoor or out he loves his sticks!!
He also loved the screens on the windows......if you bang on them they make a really cool noise!!
He also wanted to help with some clean up in the living room....do you see a little of the Ohh Ohh she caught me in that face??!!
Sun is shining today and next week looks to be spectacular!!!
